I like the clasp gloss finish and METAS cert. That bird does have a crazy sound! LoL I am interested in the Black Bay 41 M79680-0001 Anthracite dial and jubilee bracelet for 2023. But I picked up the Tudor Pelagos 39mm recently. So I guess I’ll have to wait.
Love it . I honestly told my self if they make this slimmer I’ll buy it . And here we are , I’ll be buying this watch I’ll just wait and see on different colours they come out with . Congratulations it’s a beautiful watch
Thanks! Yeah that's what made me pull the trigger as well! I love BB58 but I just find it a bit small for my wrists, so really was just waiting for a slimmer great version of the Black Bay in 41mm. This is it! And the addition of jubilee bracelet is just the icing on the cake! Hope you can pickup soon!
Loving this. I bought the 2nd gen and sold it twice. Thickness was hard to justify on a 200m, no complication watch. But looks wise, this is top 3 best looking divers in my eyes (add Rolesor Dweller, 90's Bond Seamaster). This is back on my list to buy within the year. T fit easier to use than glide lock as well.
Yeah it’s definitely a great look! Red is typically not in my color scheme that I like, but it just works so well on this piece. Hope you can pickup soon! 😃
Wow, this is so beautiful. I’ve really been impressed by Tudor especially their new releases. I absolutely love this watch everything about it of course, on the five link bracelet I would never get a maroon colored bezel but on this watch, it works so well with the gold hands. This is just a beautiful beautiful work of art. I would be so proud and honored to own a watch like this, hopefully soon. I have been looking at the Tudor royal 41mm obviously more of a affordable option .. thanks for this review and congratulations on your purchase. I
I've owned the original Burgundy ETA on both the bracelet and the distressed leather (which looks great in my opinion). The 12.5mm thickness is incredible for the ETA version and why it is still so popular. Having said this I really like this newly released 3rd version and it is very tempting. The Burgundy really looks best in low light at sunrise or sunset and looks so much better in person.
Yeah if this was 12.5mm it would be perfect. As it stands though I really like they’ve been able to address the thickness and still add the master chronometer METAS certification. I’ll need to check this out once we have a sunny day here in Hong Kong! 😅
Congrats! Love the new movement and case... honestly I prefer the Oyster bracelet (with the rivets!) over the Jubilee for this style - more powerful look as long as you have the wrist to pull it off. Jubilee I think is better for more dressier styles and also for smaller wrists - but no wrong answers - just a matter of taste.
Thanks for doing this video! Apparently not shipped to USA yet, great to see a real world view. May I ask the size of your wrist? Does the T-Fit cover a full link for truly infinite sizing?
I'm actually based in Hong Kong, so I was able to pickup today from my AD after messaging them the day of the announcement. I was lucky it was the "jubilee" version, because I don't think I would have picked this up on the regular "oyster" style bracelet. The rubber strap is definitely cool, and would look to pick it up for this piece if I decide to keep it long term! Thanks for watching!
That's a really cool watch and looks wonderful on your wrist. I will also be getting one watch from Tudor 2023 and that is the white dial GMT. As I have the BB58 blue and BB41 blue, I am no longer keen on another dive watch without date. So after this red bezel watch and the BB54, the next coolest watch in my opinion is the white GMT. I have placed my name to my AD and now I am waiting for her call.
Definitely on my list…the jubilee bracelet will rule the world! Dude, gotta do the slow rolls with your wrist. Way too hard to get a proper view of the watch, good quick video.
Yeah agreed! Yeah this was just a quick one on my way home as my daughter played in the playground 😅 to excited not to want to share this one immediately. Thanks for watching!
I believe that bird is an Asian Koel. I've been noticing it's loud call while watching some golf events set in SE Asia the last few years, so I finally looked it up, lol. Nice watch, btw, I really like it. Thx for the review.🙂
Firstly, that’s an awesome watch, congrats. I was wondering about the bracelet width because the previous BB41 bracelets started at 22mm width? Also, how much does it weigh? Cheers
It’s actually 40mm if you measure it at the bezel (the previous was 41mm). They are not called Heritage by Tudor, it’s just a Black Bay. It’s 21mm lug width FFS dude 🙄
I don’t have a scale on me, but I’m guessing it’s probably around the 150 grams mark, which is typically for a stainless steel 41mm Tudor watch. I’ll weigh it tomorrow 😅
Congrats on the get!! Looks great on your wrist. This one (although maybe on the 3 link + extra rubber strap, for me) is one of the 2 I’m looking to pick up from W&W. Enjoy!!
Hey man congrats these are really nice and I want one and hope it’s not too chunky on my small wrist. That said… it appears in this video the hour and minute hands are a completely different shade of white/cream than the indices are. This was a Tudor QC problem with the early pelagos 39. Can you check and confirm? Is it just the video or am I seeing correctly?
Thanks! I think it's just the video and lighting because I can absolutely confirm that the hands are the same exact color as the indices. Thanks for watching!
I still couldn't understand why this one is 13.5 mm thick as opposed to BB58's 11.9 mm. If it is below 12.5 mm thick i would have run to my AD since i had sold my blue BB58.
@@frankiewatch indeed! Everything the Seamaster has plus tapering bracelet, more elegant clasp, ca. 30% better power reserve, and 1 mm smaller diameter.
Certainly interesting versus the Seamaster 300. It's 2250 USD cheaper for similar specs. But, I think the Seamaster Professional is more a Pelagos comparison, as both are modern designs.
What’s your top pick from Tudor’s novelties in 2023?
*sorry about that bird! 😅😡🦜

Looks awesome, probably extremely comfortable on jubilee and new case profile! Congrats man.

@@frankiewatch such a juicy red. I'm a big fan of aluminum bezels. They just look right to me. Enjoy your watch 🙌

Thanks! Loving it so far!

Siiiiiick watch. Good buy! Do you think Tudor will sell the rubber strap as an accessory?
Thanks bro! It is pretty sick! I hope they do! Would love to get the rubber strap at some point!

Amazing watch. Got on the wait-list with my AD, with whom I have a good purchase history. Should get the call by April 2024 if form holds. 😊
It's pretty awesome! Hope you can get it soon!
Looks amazing! Congrats.

Fantastic watch. Congratulations. Would this bracelet fit the GMT?
Thanks! I don’t see why not! 😅
Lovely pickup! I just got the BB54 but I want this one too 👍🏻
Nice! That’s an awesome watch too! Wear in good health! 😃
Were you able to buy that in USA? Been trying to hunt one down on Rubber OysterFlex strap.

Isn’t it 21mm tapered to 16mm? You said 20mm between the lugs. Can’t wait to pick mine up!
I wanna get that platinum Daytona so bad!
Hehe it's amazing no doubt, good luck with that!
Congrats on the get!! Looks great on your wrist. This one (although maybe on the 3 link + extra rubber strap, for me) is one of the 2 I’m looking to pick up from W&W. Enjoy!!

On the waiting list, 2mm thinner and it's perfect
Looks fantastic and congrats! You mentioned the lug width is 20mm? Is that true? That would be a downsize from 22mm from before.
21mm
Curious to know if the bracelet off this black bay will fit your OP41 and vice versa. being as both have 21mm lug widths.
I like it, but the tudor fastrider black shield is still my fave tudor. Shame that they discontinued it
Nice Brad! A watch in my collection you like! 😅 Not sure about this one, but I'll check it out!
@@frankiewatchI like the Tudor Pro that was released last year too. Omega seamaster in the gold and tantalum is one of my faves too
The tudor north flag is the most beatifull watch they made

7 and 3/4 to 7 and 1/2 I’d say!

Great Watch
Hi, did they change the lug to lug of this model from 22 to 20 mm?
21 mm
😍👍👍
this with a green bezel i would buy
imagine they make it with ceramic bezel black
What’s your wrist size?
Hi whats your wrist size ?
Does the bracelet fit on the older BB41 ?
Niiice. I got a call but passed on this one
what is the size of your wrist
A Seamaster killer at this price point
There's definitely a lot to like here at this price point! And the bracelet with t-fit adjustment is superb!

Stop it. Nothing Tudor makes its near the level of of Rolex or Omega
@@wristroll_vlad Tudor is the poor man’s Rolex 😂😂😂
I foresee a pepsi bezel in the near future for this

I want to appreciate the watch but your arm keeps on moving...
Still too thick. Looks more like a Steinhart with that 5-link (Jubilee) bracelet.
Yeah you do sound excited!
Maybe you screamed little too much, your voice is gone …😊
