That's snail not slug. Pond snails are taste good after cooking it with right ingredients. We clean it for 2 days before we cook it, we keep it in clean water for 1 day and the next day we change the water with a new clean water then put some uncook rice in it with the snail for 1 day again and on the next day before cooking it we will put some salt in it and keep it for aroung 1 hour or 2 hours by doing this all the dirty things will go away and it can be cook, the taste is so good i wanna eat it right now.
