Our coach always says that however we practice is how we preform so if we practice hard we preform hard and vice versa. They’re really tough on us so we can be good.

Back in 1978, when I went to Reading Senior High School in Reading, PA, we would sometimes play Harrisburg High School in basketball. The cheerleaders from Harrisburg would cheer like that, but they didn't call that stomping 50 years ago. It was amazing to see.
