A blue wing call is simple. 5 notes. Haaaaa ha ha ha ha and repeat that’s it. Fyi teal don’t usually migrate through California and you probably won’t call any other ducks in with a teal call just flair them.
Yeah they're everywhere. The green wings and the cinnamon teal are what we see all the time. I'd assume blue wing teal sound pretty much the same but I could be totally wrong. The hen green wings make a sound that is really similar to a hen mallard but a bit more high pitch. I still feel like this call would work but I obviously have way more confidence in my whistle or my regular calls.
