When you eventually find out what is actually going on you will flip your mind.

Don't you love Ivanova? I really dig the chamber pot threat.
"It's good to have things back to normal." I laugh as much as you do at that one.
And we see something we have not had before: a member of Psi Corps with empathy, not just telepathy. Harriman Grey can think for himself and make a good choice.
Jeffrey Combs plays that conflicted character perfectly.
Excellent that you like this episode. I will just say: You ain't seen nothin' yet. Yes that is teasing. Season one is quite good, but in seasons 2,3 and 4 things really pick up pace. You are in for a great ride, and I am looking forward to seeing more B5 reactions from you.

Good reaction and I agree: Sinclair is very competent, so is Garibaldi, Ivanova and Franklin..
Ivanova's dislike for Psi Corp/Scanning has a reason (like almost everything else that happens. And unlike other shows, the explanations don't fall through the cracks)
About political corruption/Earth Gov..... things will become interesting soon on that front (and on other fronts too!) and there is nothing anyone can do to stop what has already begun.
Remember: "The avalanche has already started, it is too late for the pebbles to vote" - Ambassador Kosh Naranek (S1E10)

Harriman Grey was played by Jeffrey Combs. Mr. Combs was VERY prolific in the Star Trek franchise, playing about a dozen different roles. Most notable was his turn as "Weyoun" in Deep Space Nine, and (my fave) the Andorian commander Shran in Enterprise. He's a very, very versatile actor and I wish B5 could have re-used him a few times, as they do with other actors (no spoilers)

Should try to watch more than one episode a week. Gonna take you forever to get through the series. Also when it’s done you may wanna go back and rewatch the whole thing again to be able to pick up (and now understand) all the hints/setups to the overall story that are planted all over the place. It was such a well written & acted show.

Gotta love that frequent "coloring outside the lines" for a protagonist actually has consequences here. It might not result in a dismissal, but in a military/government that pattern of behavior is sure to invite scrutiny. Especially if you don't have friends in high places.

As always, enjoy your perspective on the show. Fair warning, you have a 2 parter coming up (should be after Legacies).

A weird off-shoot of B5 fandoim appeared during Season 1 - the Cult of Lou, who followed Lou Welch, the pudgy security officer.
B5 fans are pretty odd, but this...
Lou is pretty cuddly. I'll give them that.

The feeder wasnt in Kosh, that Alien was using a fake Vorlon environmental suit to hide. Itd be like a man in a space suit that said NASA on it with a blacked out helmet so you cant tell who is inside. Anyone could get a suit like it and pretend to be from NASA 👍
Youll just have to wait a while for more on what Kosh looks like under his suit 😉
