  • showing a few minutes of what my legs go through on a near continuous basis. it causes a dull aching pain and feels like the inside of my legs are boiling, including numbness, pins and needles, and sensitivity to touch. Muscle stiffness and cramping is common, especially when trying to stretch or in the morning. Neuropathy symptoms and spasms are also in my arms and rest of the body to some degree but not as extensive as in my lower extremities.
The difficulty while walking because of the struggle to fully control my feet extends through my entire body and causes pain up to my neck as a result. Most of my bones and joints hurt.

I have the same exact thing. Sometimes it feels like little electric shocks. I also have Peripheral Neuropathy. This is a 2 year old post, so did it ever get better?

Those aren't spasms, that's fasciculations. And they're pretty common in neuropaty, like CMT or small fiber. They can happen everywhere.
Weirdly, people always think they'll happen only in ALS.

Take high doses of MAGNESIUM. I take FOUR times the recommended dosage and it works well 90% of the time. Magnesium is safe to take in high doses as you will simply poo out excess to your body's needs.

Ive had Severe vitamin D and B12 deficiencies since 2008, was in a wheelchair for 3 months with no motor control in my feet. Im 40 now, so its happened 13ish years ago. Slow recovery. Neuropathy has shown improvement from nerve test but still slow. Nerves recover about 1 mm per month, starting from lower back.

My neurologist performed an NCV test. Nerve-conductivity-velocity to diagnose the neuropathy.
