The Hustle Hard Campaigns mission is to create a space for students to have guided conversations to further emotional intelligence as well as to decrease the number of students suffering in silence. Students suffer when they feel as if they're overwhelmed with problems all the while trying to grow academically. Not having a comfortable space in where a student can freely voice their feelings leads to a stifle in academic growth and thought processing. We are building communal bonds by showing that no one is alone in their journey. By acknowledging that mental health matters, we will create a powerful network of members who will nurture each others vulnerability and ultimately facilitate one another's growth.
