Had to pause and comment how the first 3 minutes have been super informative. I've watched hundreds of videos and you shared information that none of those others ever did. Appreciate it. Back to the video!
I'm starting to notice that as well. Like nobody goes into detail like him our of on those random tangents that experienced people know that the more popular people just kinda give a generalized explanation no real how to its like they're just enacting the directions on the side of the box.
Great video😌👌🌟I enjoyed watching! Your grafts are awesome👏And thanks for the tips🙏I just went outside to remove any offsets on my grafts after watching your video😅👍
Hey man! Great video! ❤️ from ATL Not AS humid as southern Georgia, but still gets pretty humid here still. Keep it up. I just subscribed and definitely will check out your other videos.
@@RareCactus oh lord I bet. It’s been a while since I’ve been down that way. But… I’m fairly new to growing cacti/succulents. Atleast at the scale I’m marking on now. I’ll definitely leave some questions for you, and maybe you can make a video. I just got an alert on my phone that Tucker Carlson left fox so I’m loling right now and trying to see what happened. Not to bring politics into it but… I mean lmfao
@@RareCactus Nice. Thats one that Im in the very early stages of testing out. So relative to other common rootstock, how fast would you say the scion grafted onto it grows?

Good stuff!
Thanks Erik! Welcome to the channel.
What rootstock are you using in this video? Is it Echinopsis Oxygona? What are the pros and cons of it?
Yes it is; it takes lots of water and handles my climate very well 🌵

what are they grafted on? some type of echinopsis hybrid ?
Yes, I’m not sure about what species but it’s a very common root stock in Asia
How long would you wait to pluck copiapoa pups? (Scion)
As long as they take to reach a desired size
What kind is the red cactus?
Gymnocalycium hybrid
@@RareCactus it's beautiful. Thank you
@@reefslug thanks for watching! Welcome to the channel 🌵
Reminds me of the moon cactus that grow all sorts of colors. I got a double headed purple one, not grafted.
