The day of the shooting he'd gone to the shooting range. ( usually not an all day thing.) He'd left in the AM... so when he wasn't home by 4pm, they started calling around. Might of started calling around 3pm, don't know.

Everyone admits that not covering the rooftop was a colossal failure. But how did a 20 yr. old kid know to exploit that failure? It only works if it was planned.
Especially seeing that he cased out the place with a drone and "hid" rifle in order to collect it later and somehow knew rooftop would not be under surveillance. Something smells bad about this whole scenario!
That was apparently the nearest rooftop that the SS wasn't already on. The failure of police and SS to respond to the several people who pointed him out many minutes earlier seems difficult to explain.
This had to be an inside job. The F.B.I. should be able to destroy to hide and destroy all of the evidence pretty easily.

Who has standing to sue? Fox News went after a company that was harmed. The only person this would really go after would be Trump. As Trump is a public figure, the success of a lawsuit would hinge upon it being proven (more likely than not) that her comments about the shooting were made with actual malice. Defamation alone is not enough when it comes to bonafide public figures. Political candidates also never sue as it would actually harm them. The success of a lawsuit for defamation against a public figure is almost non-existent in the US. It's just how things are. Proving malice is impossible but it's difficult. Look up "actual malice" to get an idea what I'm talking about.
MSNBC is incorporated as an entertainment company not a news orginization which gives protection when telling lies. Lie and be protected in telling lies.

Obviously putting everything together and with the news showing what the shooter's body looked like and a parent knows. Such a shame.

Why are you insulting Ms Reid? She clearly has a working brain, and if you had a working brain yourself, you would grasp that the male presenter lied when he claimed that both Trump and official sources confirmed that he was grazed by the bullet; they did not.
There wasn't confirmation from the hospital where he received treatment that Trump's ear was grazed by a bullet, and Trump, in his Truth Social statement, claimed, "I was shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear." He also said that he "immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin." By definition, what Trump is describing isn't a graze. And, from the photo, there wasn't as much bleeding as he had claimed, and his ear showed no signs of a Bullert wound. His son even said that Trump's injury didn't need stitches.
So, given the many contradictions, Ms Reid's questions are justified.

Yeah Trump wasn't specifically trying to pose for a photo he was talking to the people directly. But of course she has to stand up. It's not like they're going to carry him to the car. In order to walk you need to be standing. I don't understand how there's any question about this though. The guy just got shot, and still had the presence of mind to pose for a picture that has all the gravitas of the Marine Corp War memorial. The vast majority of people don't have this level of self-awareness. The first reports were that the shot went through the glass teleprompter and flying glass hit Trump. But, the teleprompter were still intact and I highly doubt they would've been made of glass.
