the hole is my favorite episode of s7. it's probably the most confused, uncomfortable, and invested I've ever been watching the show
It's hard for me to provide a fav..since i think they were all pretty bad..but if I had to choose it would be corpsghetti. Can I ask what your favorite of all time?

I think my biggest problem with tvsins is that they don’t regonize Rick’s growth. He’s literally the smartest man in the universe and recognizes the value of his family and their bond which is what makes me a different kind of Rick. It still took him 6-7 seasons to figure it out. But it has definitely been showcased as a slow change.
Yeah half the sins are based on the idea than Rick shouldn't get character development or growth over the series
in season 7 he's not the smartest man in the universe. he messes up with everything he does now evil Morty is smarter than him... It has sci-fi but the bare minimum, its mostly face to face confrontation. even the intro is so monotone compared past seasons. They focus on shock value which is very easy, lazy creative path that has a punch with no substance to it. Sort of like chips
@@Psy342 I beg to differ it’s showing that regardless of how perfect Rick THINKS he is. He is still human and I think that’s kinda the point. I feel like that’s really showcased with the Jerricky episode. Because you watch a perfect person long enough eventually they won’t be and you’ll see that they are just like you. Regular. And these characters (from my pov) have always been written as human stereotypes and this plays so well into his character that he’s gotten comfortable and started fucking up and just being more loose. I mean I noted that in the vate of acid episode.

this, and the senseless hate on minor characters or sinning a character for the 'wrong' thing to do in an objectively right situation, god forbid applying their own real-world morals to an inherently nonsensical show. This entire thing is opinion-based and not founded on concrete or analytical criticisms, though. I wouldn't/try not to get to worked up about it...
Rick appreciates Jerry in this season more than Beth.

this season feels different. i know justin roiland was still somewhat involved, but it still feels so much different for the better lol

Im gonna say it:
This season of rick and morty in particular, was solid. These last couple seasons have felt a little lost with its comedy, but this feels like they finally struck the right vibe. Funny, dark, and ultimately rooted in sci-fi. If they keep this up, im looking forward to more.
Any and all love for the show from anybody who isn't stuck up Twitter or Reddits ass died in season 3
@AManWithAVoice that's exactly why I stuck with the show though. Especially season 3 and especially the end of the pickle rick episode showed incredible potential for the show to strike the right balance between feeling real, and funny, that is lost on most Twitter, and reddit fans of the show. ( I personally call this phenomenon American psycho syndrome, but that's neither here nor there.)
Especially since Justin Roiland left, I feel like you can really tell that the writers are a lot more comfortable embracing the creative directions in which they want to take the show. And now, finally, they've struck a good balance.

There should have been a sin when a group of alcoholics try to do an intervention while drinking them selfs, which is hypocritical.
Honestly, when you’re listening to them all in a row a lot more jokes fall flat.
Sin 224: I believe the idea is that this isn't just spaghetti, this is INSANELY GOOD spaghetti, like impossibly to replicate using normal means (since pasta itself seems to always be the same, it always seems to be the sauce that makes the difference, so I guess this bolognese is what's unique and special here). Still, I'd say trying to replicate it that way should have been the first thing they tried. Then again, the REAL issue is that Spaghetti Planet made it into their primary export, AND pasta doesn't exist on their planet (when Morty said it's just spaghetti, Rick declared that they don't know what that is). Even if it can be replicated in Earth spaghetti, the Spaghetti Planet would be unable to since they don't have pasta in any normal way.
I liked the hole episode, for letting us SEE Diane for real, instead of the occasional glimpse, and they NAILED portraying Morty after the hole, how he just exuded being at peace, and that the hole seemed to do as promised: Freeing him from fear.
Breakfast is good. U can't sin someone for eating pancakes at noon 😆😆😆 those are shot glasses somewhere in the universe.
