Omg it's like you were reading about my week out loud. I feel like I got hit in the face yesterday with some information yesterday that was unexpected. And I've been battling my rage all day today😹. This was a good reading MJ. Love the focus on the self(internal) instead of another (external). I’ve been feeling this heavy. There will be a shift in the way we’re all living. But free will is the ultimatum and frankly some are just not going to make that choice. And that is okay. Sending love and healing to us all.
I have been healing from betrayal for 2 months now. It started in March, I was told by someone I didn't trust, so I talked to him...we were separated at the time, and he assured me that it was nothing, just friends. By May that had all changed and they were together, even though him and I hadn't officially broken up yet. There is so much more to the story, but it doesn't matter, I walked away the day I confronted them both and found out the truth. Fast forward 2 months; I saw her driving behind me today and my heart felt broken all over again. I don't know why I saw her, because it brought it all back up when I have done everything humanly possible to heal and release and let go. The 'Universe' should never throw stuff at us like that. So, it must be not Spirit, but something that wants me to feel pain or know that I'm over it can be free. In truth, it was probably me. I need, want and desire to be free of this because I know the future will be ten times better than that person who I thought was the one and I know I was fooling myself. He brought nothing but chaos. He took everything and gave very little. I want someone who is capable of giving me back everything that I give. Who shows up, who actually puts me first (behind himself and Sprit first of course). When we went on our break in January, I rewrote all my manifestation lists, thinking that it would help out relationship, as we were separated due to him falling off the wagon really hard and he didn't want me to see him in that state, but it ended up propelling me into a whole different frame of mind and I questioned whether he was the one. SO, I believe it was the DIVINE answering my call for a better partner, one who I would not sacrifice everything for to care and nurture through his alcoholism. One who didn't have any addictions, who could be there for me, etc. I will not go back to the past person, and I will not settle. If I have to be alone for the rest of my life, to avoid toxic people, I will, however, I have leveled up even more than when I was with him. I can look upon people like him with compassion, as I would a person who is stuck in their own reality that is a hell realm, but that is all. I have doubted myself all my life, and I won't go into detail too much, but when people say, "You are worthy," but you don't feel that way or 'look' a certain way, then everything depends on you loving and accepting you, no matter what and let me tell you it's damn hard to do when your boyfriend leaves you for a younger woman who is also skinnier and oh, yes a drug addict, then you wonder what the heck is going on in the world. When I saw her today, I thought I was going to lose it. I'm a little off, but I know that my heart and life are way better off without a toxic person betraying me and me betraying myself for being with him. I forgive myself and I will work harder on forgiving, harder on my body and harder on leveling up, because I do deserve love.
Over the past ten years, I have been caugth in my vulnerabillity by cruel people, marlt because about my inner wisdom (intuïtion) which has affected me enormously in traumatic experienes of this and previous lives. What a job! I felt so thrown back on myself. Recently I have been focusing on my inner union because I long for that peaceful feeling when i am in contact with my Twin Flame. I experience peace. What a liberation! 🙏 thank you!

Presence is power. The ability to flow or create in the moment; with the moment. Presence as power can never be taken from us, therefore is not subject to the trappings of fear or what power rooted in fear ceates. 💜

As a DF twin flame and have been in no contact for quite a while, I know astrology quite well and actually has helped me stay very grounded most of the time. I've had my moments though. Seeking any need outside of ourselves delivers a rejection energy toward the TF due to codependent facets at place. The need through conditions, especially when connected to anything my 3D related. Your demand of delivery of happiness to you from him, means you’re expecting him to fill parts of what you must for yourself. Both of you must feel whole and untied to 3D conditions for there to be any energetic match appearing in the 3D.
So consider this: you are rejecting yourself. If who you’re referring to is actually your true TF. You’re saying “I should never approach me again unless I am ready to deliver happiness and a good life to me for the rest of my natural days.” You’re essentially saying you’re blocking and repelling yourself from you through the 5D and how that would manifest in the 3D.
This is the journey of the karmic purging we’ll be sent through. It’ll happen to each twin.
Once you’re at a place internally, and reflecting that in your 3D self outward to the world, saying “I am whole. I have provided and will continue to provide myself with all that I desire.”…..only will anything show up in healthy energy through the 3D to mirror reflect back to you.
I’ve been in a “reaching outside myself for another”. Definitely been there before and didn’t realize how that manifested. So I totally understand how challenging and heart-difficult that it can be if we choose to allow these mindsets to carry us away.

Our Creator/your Higher Source, made the masculine body to slowly lose testosterone after the age of 30. If we look at this nature of biology from our integrated DF/DM space-our higher self/soul perspective, we see the beauty in this more calm, relaxed and emotional masculine (I am absolutely not speaking of the extreme symptoms of low/lower testosterone-those r real life-altering issues). Studies show that older men garden and cook more than younger men do for example. Same goes for the nature of biology for feminine bodies with menopause. This Nature of our Creation is part of why older people are more wise (again, part of).
