Beautiful Garlic Bread

- How to make the yummy and fluffy Garlic Bread. Hello darlings! Come and bake along with me.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 large egg
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
3 and ¼ cup all purpose flour (406g)
2 and ¼ tsp instant yeast (7g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g)
Garlic Butter Paste:
1/2 cup butter (110g)
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried parsley
Eggwash: 1 egg + 2 tbsp milk
WHAT MAKES A BREAD DENSE AND HEAVY IN TEXTURE?
-Not kneading the dough properly.
-The flour could have too low protein content.
-There could be too much salt in the recipe.
-You did not proof it enough.
-You could have killed the yeast by leaving the dough
to rise in a place that was too hot.
-Expired yeast.

I don't know why, but this is one of the best recipes I have ever seen. I haven't seen many. But the bread comes out so wonderfully. I have been wanting to find this recipe again for at least two years. So glad to have found it. A wonderful tutorial video and tips also for future baking.

Because I've purchased so many bunches of parsley for your garlic, parsley cream cheese filled buns I have homemade dried parsley. Don't throw it out people. Dry it in the oven.
