Hi there! Thanks for watching our video. I believe you’re referring to step 12 in the instruction, right? I had hard times transforming that step too when filming, and turned out it’s a very stiff click that you just have to use a bit of force to unclick and release the joint so you can bend the body. Just be gentle because you don’t want to break that joint. Hope it helps with your transformation 👍🏻
