I'd like to at least see an Elite Guard repaint. I had the original as a kid. I actually got it before I got the yellow one because I guess the yellow one was off shelves by that time. Once I got the standard one from the Legacy of Bumlbebee 3-pack I pretended the Elite Guard version was like his older brother or something.
Maybe they'll do something absurd like pre-Predacon Antagony and Inferno. I think they were spitballed back in the day as extra reinforcements for Blackarachnia.
Can’t wait to take this guy home and paint him up with extra detail like the taillights, the kneecaps, the feet, etc. Still half of me keeps saying “the activator figure from your childhood was better” which regarding the arms in the transformation I can’t entirely argue with unfortunately.
Can 100 percent see this mold being used for atleast 3 other versions of bumblebees and 5 other transfomers characters. I'd honestly like to see a retool into Rescuebot Bumblebee, change the clear plastic to a solid plasitic and paint the windows a solid blue color to match the Rescue bot design. I wanna see more Rescuebots in the future of this line.
Still holding out hope for a Glyph and Tapout from the last bumblebee mold 😭 but yea at least wasp and Cliffjumper hoping for this guy. With Animated being SO stylized it’s hard to not want the entire line updated to match. Might be the only line I have every figure of (the original animated) and missing characters like the Constructicons will always hurt haha
