Your comment about not wanting to shower hits differently, since I've had that same feeling lately. Having a nice hygiene collection is the best motivator! Please do more of these types of realistic videos. I don't always purchase things in sets.
My favorite time of the day is my shower time, I get to care for and pamper my body, I get to spend quality time with myself, I get to relax, reflect, revamp my mind , meditate,affirm myself. I loved all scents you used I definitely want the Pineapple Sunrise set!

Hey Catherine. All my stuff that I got at SAS keeps me motivated to shower everyday, but when I travel with my hubby I normally go 2-3 days without showering but we use body cloths until we can shower. (He's a truck driver). My scent I used tonight is strawberry soda shower gel and lotion, and buttercups and berry Bellini spray. I smell so good!!
Mines is too Leigh. He loves mens BBW and recently goose creek got mens body cleansing wipes. He uses it in his big rig to freshen up all the time. Look them up! Wonderful products
I always have heard people talk about depression and how hard it is to shower during depression. To me it's the opposite, if I'm feeling down, depressed, or anxiety showering is what makes me feel SO MUCH BETTER. I'm also into Body Care like yourself, I have a massive collection which I think helps a ton with showering as using products you really love that smell Amazing and have fun texture and formulas (like foam soaps) can have you excited to shower. I know it's easier said than done... but to anyone reading this; if you're one that has shower anxiety and or depression where it makes showering hard then buy some products that have your favorite scent, and buy some fun shower products like foam Soaps and Whipped body Scrubs, etc. I promise you that making yourself shower will make you feel SO MUCH BETTER instantly, even if it is short-term.
Who says it's not normal to have 15 body washes? 🤣 I love having a lrg variety of bodycare & I also feel like it helps motivate me to start my day. I love your videos & your collection of bodycare! 🥰
If you don’t want to shower one day just have a strip wash it’s better than nothing that’s what I do when I’m feeling down and don’t have the mental energy to do the shower routine
hey girl! i get the same type of anxiousness before my therapy sessions. one thing that helps me is putting all my thoughts in my notes throughout the week. everytime i think of something or experience something that I know I would want to discuss with my therapist, i put it in my notes app in my phone. now, when i go to my sessions i can refer to it and know that everything that has been bothering me i have in my phone and i dont have to worry about it until my session begins. hope this helps!🤍🤍
I have a whole binder I organized just for therapy. I have a section for journaling, modules, notes and quotes my therapist say to me. I have to treat it like I'm back in school because my mind is everywhere and I zone out when I'm overwhelmed and can't hear anything but my intrusive thoughts😩
It really feels like I'm back to school but its for my well-being!! My therapist tells me that I am responsible for my own actions, and at the end of the day you have to want/put in work to change.

I only wash my hair once a week I use a vinegar hair refresh mid week u don’t have to wash your hair everyday xxx

I have been doing my pre-therapy notes the day before to ease my anxiety, but i love this idea!! I am going to start implementing this in my routine!
