Consider wiping your pits and any "folds" on the body where sweat gathers (inside elbows, back of knees, leg/crotch junctures, butt crease) with plain water, gentle toner, witch hazel, or alcohol prior to workouts. My sensitive-nosed friends have confided to me that strong fragrances _combined_ with B.O. is a particularly nauseating experience. Great tips! :)
