I understand the video is meant to be informative but some people just need aspirin. I have always worked out .I never drink or smoke.I eat so healthy and yet developed Pre Eclampsia.This video makes me feel like I did something wrong when I did not.

Meds can be useful in the short term for crisis management, but I'm sure you'll agree that they are not for ongoing health and wellness.
