You do realize that the little push button switch closest to the outlet side allows you to stop the scrolling of the meter at either input voltage, output voltage, amps or current. The little push button close to the input side turns off the LED's. Thanks for the nice review.
I cut the video when he said "it has and LCD..." People with no or minor knowledge on electronics should refrain to upload videos as it misleads people wanting to learn or looking for information.
Couldn't agree with you more (along with too many "maybe's..I think...I believe..probably's & even a 'Sh*t' thrown in for good measure) He does not even know HOW to use the unit let alone edit a video. Unfortunately knowledge and experience is not a requisite to uploading to YT :(

The way to encourage him is to advise him to, as they say, "do some proper research first". Imagine if you were taught at school by someone like this. what happends if you shortcircuit the output, and then power up the module? It still regulates on cc? for example, set current at 2 amp, when you short the output, it got to show 2 amp. If yo unplug and plugin the dc-dc converter, it still regulates at 2 amps?
Assuming I supply the module with 12V, set the module to 10V, if I reduce the input voltage to 10V, which output voltage do I still have on the module (Output) ?

I'm not trying to ruin your day, but these onboard Chinese led readouts are never accurate and then you test it with your best volt meter and that has a different reading so now what? Yo rush around the house to find a Samsung phone charger and you find a different reading, but it seems more accurate to the ratings on the charger, but you go to check the amperage and you get zero's well that's because you have to short it to find the amperage and higher quality chargers have a protection circuit and cheap one's don't! So you can sync your imax b6! How do you know your volt meter is dead on accurate? Did you sync it to a oscilloscope? You can do it by taking the back off and adjust the screw while it's connected to a professional oscilloscope if you have one or take it to a shop then sometimes you can get one of these cheap power supplies that you can sync and some you have to remember the real voltage readings and set it up that way. I had so many of these that over charged my 18650 cells to 4.4v and some 4.0v so this will help.
+MrBrymstond doing a test now on the voltage difference posting video soon.. I find for the most part not that bad. I've we are Talking mili volts or amps it shouldn't be a problem even long term but let's see.

Where have you ordered? Check the output short-circuit? And when the overload current is exceeded - what happens?

I doubt it’s possible with this type of unit. It’s too bad they set it ups of it would.
You should atleast try it out alone then tell people about it.

Tested the same one with a volt meter.. accurate to the 10th of a volt.
