Hi, I recently had an EXP agent come by my place....If I use EXP to sell a property here in Canada what type of things should I be hesitant about or lookout for? Compared to a more common brokerage.

Just make sure they are knowledgeable about the area and have your best interests at heart! Also it’s a great sign if they are a good listener :)
