doesn't look too bad. How do you get on to the top bunk without disturbing your neighbour (cant see a ladder) ?

I'll be booking a cabin like this when I come home from Santander after my Roscoff to Santander cycle/camping tour next year - don't think I'll see much of it though, as I'll probably sleep the full 20hr crossing!

Just booked on Portsmouth Santander return and we have booked this indoor two berth cabin and it is exactly what we were looking for. I suspect we will be so full of wine that all we need is a place to crash and have a shower in the morning....😁😁

Smallmotorhome ....cheers I also had a look at your review of Playa Joyel as I was choosing between it and Caravaning Oyambre in Northern Spain. I chose Oyambre at the end for the large pitch and price.
What did you think of Playa Joyel ?

We loved it, although the weather was a little damp for the first week the second week was lovely, it right beside a large sandy beach, the pitches seemed large enough for us and in off peak season there was plenty of room to spread out. We've not tried the site you mentioned but next time we'll have a look, thanks.

Just a tip if you have had a drink or feel you may not be secure up in those bunks, I know I do not. Take the mattress and put it on the floor and sleep there.Of course you have to hope whoever sleeps with you does not forget and steps on you during the night !

Where's the window? How are you going to escape if it rolls over?

      *****
Nah, people can survive IF they can get out. Look at the Korean ferry sinking or the Estonia or even the Titanic. If you can get out, you have a chance.

The gaming rex That's a disgrace. Imagine just having to drown with no chance of escape. I would ask for a refund.

These ships aren't built to sink they are built to withstand all weather conditions. I know cause I'm a captain of the Brittany Ferries Mont St Michel
