I would love a skit on how someone like Jennifer can actually make it right & actually be a good auntie without stepping over boundaries. Or what do you wish you knew back when you were 'Jennifer'?
Jennifer 👏 redemption 👏 arc! Yesss I'd love if she got to reflect after John's talking-to, and would also be so nice for us to learn from her mistakes too on how to be more supportive. 😊
YAAAAS THIS IS PERFECT! The ending about her change in attitude really surprised me, and definitely a lot of us have to work hard to let our ego go and take lessons and grow from them. We love our boundarycrossing, toxic parents even though we have to put up with being more emotionally mature but they also had a lot of messed up things and ideas forced on them that ultimately contributed to how they think and behave now. You did great. So many of us have endured so much crap in the name of family where we stood alone, didn't feel we could make and keep boundaries, have a voice and be respected. The lying is such a big part of it because even when you do challenge stuff, they deny it and it's your word against theirs. And if your children's dad is a mamma's boy they just won't side with you regardless.
I’m so glad to finally see the ending. I have watched most if not all. And it kept ending before the real ending. If all husbands would do this, or if all mother-in-laws would act like humans, my experience would negate none do. It would be so much easier. I can’t begin to tell stories about the “ women “ I’ve had to deal with. The main reason I will never ever be that mother -in - law. I have even gone as far as letting my son-in-law know, if I cross a boundary, to just let me know and that will be the end of that. I also watch myself like a hawk, if ask for input I give it, if not I keep my mouth shut. I had my children, I’m grandma, I don’t have the right to impose my will or my way on anyone. I love how you clarified who the characters are at the end. And I can totally feel who John is through your acting haha. I hope he's as amazing as you act him out to be. Go John!
I absolutely love all your content! My daughter is now 32 but the first year of her life was quite frankly, awful. I love her dearly but I hate that I don't have many good memories of that first year. I had little to no support, and she was a "I'm not sleeping unless you walk me around" baby, 24 hours a day. This content reminds me of those days but helps me also be reminded to try and be there for other moms I encounter. Thank you so much for all the encouragement you give us moms! You are amazing! 💗
You are my role model, you are a beautiful glowing mom and you inspire me to care more about myself and my future children's boundaries, you make me happy and thank you for all your guidance
Even though I watched all the shorts, it was great seeing them altogether. Also started following you after seeing the short where John calls his mom. What a boss.
The Barb crazy eyes are frankly impressive. Thank you for making and sharing these stories; they're entertaining and also helpful for... sort of learning from the social mistakes of others? not sure how to say that.
Dude, it was so great to see the whole thing put together. Rock out, lady. And I say this as a dad, I have had those conversations with family members, when it's just time to 100% shut down the nonsense. That's excellent sensitivity in your writing, acknowledging what some of us men know is our responsibility to our partners and children. Awesome.

Never once in all the years I was married to my son’s father did he stand up for me. He would run and hide and just let me take the shit thrown. I’m glad there are better men out there for the lucky women that find them. Hold them close, cherish them.
You deserved better then, and I hope you have it now.
You are the absolute cutest! I love watching your videos. Thanks for the laughs, the emotions, the awesomeness!
I literally try to watch your videos everyday ! You could make a Q/A with your husband, or you could continue to make series into long formed videos. You could make guides on what to expect from kids, or having them, or how to prepare to deliver. Or you can just talk about you! you're very entertaining and I love everything you make
You put into very simple, easy to understand terms, the really hard to emphasize parts of motherhood and thank you so much for that 😊❤️
LOVED the long form ❤
I almost wet myself I laughed so hard. We all know these characters and you did them brilliantly. I loved the shorts you did on the veteran mom versus the new mom are wonderful.
I love your videos
Honestly, I would love to sit and watch all of the family shorts and one chronological super long form video! I am so invested in this family 😂
Just keep doing what you are doing girl its awesome if you are looking for some ideas/inspiration on how to do longer videos maybe check-out the one youtuber she does a "small town drama" series. She does shorts and also combines them to longer video's. Or get subscriber's to share their monster in law stories and sct out other people's monster in law/family dramas .. just a suggestion 😊
Okay thanks I’ll look her up!!

This series is what prompted me to subscribe! More MIL and SIL interactions and repercussions of said interactions would be great! 😊
I love youre Series 😍. I'm So happy that John stood up for his wife 🍾
Oh goshhhh. This hits so much more in long version! Yes John 💪
So happy you appeared. I know your characters. Wonderful spot on creation
love John's healthy boundaries, and that he got through to jennifer!! shawna deserves this!!
You're so talented! I believe each and every character you portray and feel the emotions. GREAT JOB!
I love how you clarified who the characters are at the end. And I can totally feel who John is through your acting haha. I hope he's as amazing as you act him out to be. Go John!
Love these videos so much. They are clever, pointed, amusing, and so fun. You are doing great work here. ❤❤🎉🎉❤❤
I’ve never seen you talk and be yourself until now
I’m staring from the beginning and watching EVERYTHING 😂
I love the way she plays the characters. It feels so grounded and down to earth. ❤
I love your videos. I love your storytelling. Please continue to do that. I can’t get enough of your stories.❤😂
You are adorable and I love ALL of your characters!
Awesome.
Love your characters! John is wonderfully supportive!❤
girl you're really talented and creative and versatile and every other adjective I couldn't think of. Fon't ever stop. You are one of my favorites.
Great series! Love that John had your back and told his family what's what. Looking forward to more stories.
I am just obsessed with your creativityyyyy😍 you're so real and down to Earth, and just appreciate it!❤
I love your vids❤ I can't stop watching them.
Love this series! Your mom videos make me feel so seen! Thank you ❤️
