I speak English and Spanish, and I can understand a lot of French, so given that the conversation was following a trajectory I was able to guess the Italian too based on the context and similarity with Spanish. The only odd one out is German, which I don't understand at all. Very fun video!

I've also noticed those little changes in my personality and attitude when thinking in another language. A co-worker years ago described his approach to learning German as doing an impression of a German speaking German.
I live in a region where Spanish is the primary second language. If switching to another language has been learned as switching between two options, native and foreign, as has been my case over the past four decades between English and Spanish, then the foreign language can creep into a third or fourth language -- one of my language teachers described speaking a language as a complex habit. In Italian class everybody had difficulty keeping Spanish from creeping into our Italian. And even though my German is far better than my Spanish, on our first day in Austria I could myself switching to Spanish instead of German.

I seen videos of Luca & so far this one is one of the ican see both are having so much fun, quantunque parlo italiano a un livello avanzato perche ho cominciato a parlare italiano dache io era un ragazzo nella mia giuventu c'est pourquoi je pense que mon accent peut etre du Napoli et je parle italien tres vite, pero desde que el Espanol es mi lengua nativa no me considero un poliglota hasta que hable los cinco idiomas en un nivel c los unicos idiomas que tengo un nivel c avanzado son Espanol,Italiano,Ingles frances un nivelb2 y portugues un nivel b2 tambien.
