Maybe make a clip on the phones ,so dolls can hold. That's why I like the Barbie ones. But of course poster putty works.
I usually glue earring backs to them. On this one however I put wire 🤗

Are you planning to put a clear plastic to complete the eye glasses... or a tinted plastic for sun glasses?
No, I do actually like the glasses how they are, tho I do have some uv reason that would probably do the trick
