When you are paying this much for a house. Atleast minimum there should be some space for personal garden/ greenary, sit out area and atleast 3 feet gap with the next house. 2 houses are very closely located. No privacy. No private garden space. Interior is awesome though

Mosquito can never be controlled in this house, high dusting can only be possible with professional help at heigh roof and at grooves of false ceiling,
lighting- on daily basis is going to give headache, dinning is straight in the kitchen, when you invite guests, gotta clean after the cooking and always be ready to be seen by everyone, bedroom windows are pathetic like 1 x 1.5 feet only,
toilet com bath is amazing but cleaning the it is going to be an everyday challenge,
lift is pretty good,
Oven at south west corner is debatable
Fridge at North East corner placement is the worst planning ever, stair case width looks like only 2 feet,
Balcony nice but glass without iron railing is dangerous, no matter how toughened the glass might be- Moreover to clean the outside glass is not possible and going to appear stained no matter how much you clean the inside of the glass Only way is to periodically clean the glass by professional glass cleaners who suspend from roof top on rope and clean outside glass
Home theatre room good ventilation,
In total, without domestic maid, nobody can maintain this house, from ground level, only 2 feet height elevated, pathetic
For 1900 Sq of land value, you not having actual garden space-given a small artificially made organic gardens space on roof top, 5bhk cost the heaven and earth-this is a joke, Real upper class won't opt for this match box size of 36x55 land space, middle class won't be able to afford, cheap stake 'pudhu panakaaranga' will only buy this house because this will completely suit them
