I live in Melbourne and also ate at The Mussel Pot. Their white wine mussel is the best. I love the moody tone of your sketch, perfectly encapsulates our weather during colder months.
Awesome job Teoh. Can you please draw the even more beautiful and more complicated queen Victoria building in Sydney. I have tried a few times but get overwhelmed by the detail. I would live to see how you simplify it.
@@CharleyWang Cool! Whereabouts? I am in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I have subscribed to your channel. I am learning to paint in watercolour. :)
Are you drawing us here? very good. Because this train station is in the center of the city, it is very famous and has become a symbol of the city, and I also painted it. I don't know if you've been to Melbourne, but you're doing a great job, thank you for painting this iconic building!
Thanks, Teoh! Love your sketchings! You wrote above 4 colors but have 6 in your palette. One additional you mentioned was phthalo blue to mix blacks. What is the other color on the right?
how beautiful! i have bee watching this video for so many times! tried to do this sketch once and try again! pls tell me something- if i want to have just one red color in the palette then should i go for this Transparent pyrrol orange? ive a pyrrol scarlet which seems to be a bit opaque and others are cool blue like quinacridone rose, red etc.
For this palette my red is DS Transparent Pyrrol Orange. It’s actually still considered orange, especially if you compared it with a warm red. Another good warm red is Anthraqunoid Scarlet. I’m not a cool red person so I seldom use Rose, Carmine or Crimson.
Could anyone give me some helpful advice? I cant seem to find a good waterproof ink and i was wondering if anyone had any recommendations! Dip inks and technical pen safe inks? Thank for reading! 👍
Teoh. Love how you explain. So clear. And you color are so vibrant. Very good. See u next wejio.
Nice! I live in Melbourne and go by it sometimes!

Oh man!! The mussel pot is soooooooooo goooooood!

Thank you Teoh. It's a beautiful sketch of Flinders Street station. Really appreciate your tips.
Thank you Teoh , I could watch you paint for hours , it’s very calming lol , your work looks great xoxo
Thank you Teoh for posting the tutorial. Drawing the shadow looks scary even just by watching it, but the result looks amazing!

I was brave last night and put in shadows and it really helped create depth, thank you for always encouraging us to do it even though it's scary :-)

Thank you Teoh!!! You have a great channel
Wonderful sketch Teoh! I like how simple the sketch is because it shows more of the yellow colours.
meet under the clocks and then watch the footy, then across the road to Young and Jacksons for a beer and say hello to Chloe.
Awesome! Thank you

I was there in 2015. I missed out on visiting this place as I only stayed enough days to visit the Great Ocean Road.
@@teohyc Lots of good places, Australia is big enough, welcome back!
My sketching is terrible but your awesome drawings and tutorials really help thank you❤👍

@@teohyc thanks so much for your reply! i shall try this transparent pyrrol orange then!
I reallt like your idea using Pyrrol Orange and black?? as a window instead of drawing tiny squares : )
I usually use warm red and Phthalo Blue to mix black
