These are brilliant. Please start doing these again. I’m a teacher and I have a student who speaks Amharic, so I am learning so I can communicate with her and others at our school. Thank you - these are honestly fantastic 🙏🏼🤍
Hi, I think the plural for good morning is incorrect. According to the video endemic aderachihu is plural for good afternoon. However, I am sure it is the plural for good morning. Please correct me if I am wrong.
I have studied French, German, Italian, and Spanish but never an eastern language. I think it is good to learn the names of objects the way a child first learns their native tongue words like house, door, water, mother, father, etc. Also your alphabet and script (letters) are strange to western people. Could you explain these as well. I think an half hour is best as it is not easy to recall and learn without repetition after that length of time in exposure to a language with sounds you may be able to recognize but have never actually spoken or used before. Also, if you could create little scripts which a tourist new to a language can use in conversation with a native to explain that he (or she) doesn't speak your language very well but needs to hear the sound from the native's voice in order to understand the language well. Thank you.
confused about the pluriel for good evening because you showed one first and then it was different after ? are there two ways? . Endemin Aderachihu (group) and Endemin Walachihu. I think it was supposed to say goodmorning (P)
No you are right. Shorter is better because it is easier to remember. Longer video, nobody gonna remember everything, no matter what they say. Amenensegalehu! I can say it properly, I don't know if I spell it properly, LOL.
Very nice RUclipsr for Amharic ❤
