As a Cowboys fan (14 years old), I will say Dallas needs 3 things: A GOOD ROSTER, GOOD HEAD COACH, AND A GOOD GM. I think Schottenheimer could be good (wanted someone tbh), the roster was good but needs a RB and there are gaping holes in the roster, and a not good GM at all.
