We were there. Brilliant gig. Go see them if you can.
Its not about theyre better than ozrics...rubbish,we all space rockers thanks to.....ozrics,gong,steve hillage,hawkwind,sphongle,eat static,banco de gaia,dreadzone,children of the bong.......so fill the pipe toke..and enjoy this lovely trippy atmosphere my friends!!!!!!
Just got introduced to this band.. loving this band and (especially this first) song, man.And I agree with you Anton.. It is a different vibe and there's really no comparison with the Ozrics .. except for 1 thing.. Both bands make some damn fine music!
Seen them at Nearfest years ago and they were the best band of the weekend! Absolutely loved them. The crowd went wild. Wish they could back to the states more often.

I don't get why there's so many Ozric comparisons, they sound much more rootsier to me, it's a different vibe, I dig both of them.
This is right up my street. I can see a semblance to Ozric's but the vibe is more like Here and Now to me.

true--Hidria are definitely more inventive than Ozrics, who just petered out after the early 00's unfortunately. most likely because it never was a band, only a solo project that needed others to maintain it. and for those that say no Ozrics, no Hidria...well, no Hawkwind, Gong, Here and Now, etc etc then no Ozrics. it's all growth from a similar source.
Ozric without excessive ear piercing guitar shredding.
