- Join this true gentleman hunter Chris Chimits on his first dangerous game hunt. As with most hunters, Buffalo is first on the list of dangerous animals. We had an amazing hunt after this old bull, then hunted for plains game in Limpopo and Kalahari.
Part 2 will be online soon, watch this space...
Buffalo: 11:45
Golden Wildebeest: 26:26
Blue Wildebeest: 41:27

The more videos i watch, the more i appreciate Martin's....
Well thank you!!! There are more coming, will be released soon.
That’s the first trijicon rmr I’ve seen on a ph’s gun…good concept! Amazing it holds up to that recoil…
More and more PH's are doing this, with some practice it does help for a quicker shot. If you buy the correct one it holds up perfectly with the recoil, at least short term. Not sure how it will hold up over years of hard work, but time will tell.
Love yalls video's, hopefully when I can afford it I'll come over to yalls beautiful country and harvest my dream animal, the Greater Kudu.
Seems like my previous reply got lost somehow! Thank you for watching, Velo. I hope you can make it over to Africa someday, when you do please get in touch, maybe we can meet up.
Africa is beautiful. I film Africa in a much different way than African Sun Productions, but love what I do.
We love your work JNM!
How tough are those buffalo... walking across the path like that rigby did nothing..
Another enjoyable video.
Amazing how tough they are, especially if the first shot don't put him down quickly. Once the adrenaline kicks in they just keep on fighting.
Thank you for your support.
What an awesome tracker.. Very good
Indeed! Very good team, professional.
Another awesome production. Amazing quality show and quality video. People all seems like fun guys!
Thanks for watching JNM!
Thank you another time for the content
You are welcome. I need to thank you for watching, I appreciate the support.
Well done Martin👌👏
Much appreciated Craig! How are things in Australia nowadays?
Love from india🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Thanks for watching again, Ajoy!
That buff at 35.17 will make an outstanding trophy - once he's past his breeding prime of course. 👍
For sure, and he's not far off. Amazing buff.
@@AfricanSunProductions Martin, I just love your camera work!! Getting in close-up's on millipedes, dung beetles, then droning with the vultures and scattering black wildebeeste. Great, original, camera work - it keeps the punters interested!! 👍
This makes me very happy! Not many people comment (maybe even notice) about these cool little bits. I love adding it and I'm glad someone notice at least!
@@AfricanSunProductions Believe me- I notice! The actual stalk and shot, is only 5% of the actual safari. Most think the safari starts when they first enter camp: for me it's starts from when I begin saving, reloading, getting the paperwork done before I leave, sighting in at the range, etc, etc - each step is integral to the hunt! The actual safari is the culmination of the whole journey - and so every moment, and experience, is precious to me, which I try to remember.
So! When I get up the $s for my next hunt (my next African hunt is always the objective!) I want you there - just over my right shoulder, doing what you do! 😊👍
I agree 100% and I love capturing as much of that journey as possible.
I'm in! Let me know when you are ready, it will be great to meet a Superfan like yourself AND have you feature on my channel. How awesome will that be!!!
Good video. Like to know more about the rifle cal and bullet gr. Also like to know where this hunting farm is.. Very nice. Thanks. Fourways. Sandton. South Africa
Good day Hans. Thanks for watching! The first lodge is close to Bela Bela, or Warmbad as it should be called. The second is past Tosca in the Kalahari.
Lovely drone takes!! specially that of the buffalo on the mud :)
I'm happy you enjoyed it. I love filming wildlife with my drone.
Great video Martin!
Thanks Stefan, I'm glad you enjoyed it. You have lots of time on your hands with that broken leg, I'll make sure to upload another one soon, keeps you out of trouble.
When I seen him putting the tape on the gun I was concerned about it changing the point of impact??? Or, were you using a different gun at the Kalahari? To catch it before wounding several animals was a blessing!!
Hi Wayne. That tape doesn't affect the bullet at all. it is blown off before the bullet even reaches the end of the barrel. It does keep the barrel clear of sticks and other debris that might cause issues.
Thanks for watching!
Congratulations on 40k 👏
Thank you!!!!
Wow, I'm still a long way from those subscribers! Well done ASP, you deserve it!
This was perfect, meaning your posting. It went well with breakfast
It seems I'm getting better at timing the videos! I'm glad I could help your day start out great.
@@AfricanSunProductions
You certainly did ☕
Another beautiful video. I'm looking forward to my return trip in 2022
2022 is already creeping up on us! Before you know it, you are here and having a good time.
I don't know the hunter, but he's got a trusting friend. I have a Rigby Highlander in 9.3x62, but I wouldn't lend it out 🤣🤣.
@@martinstiastny7679 VERY trusting friend!!!!
Great video!
regards from Switzerland
Thank you Franz, I appreciate your support and your comment!
@@AfricanSunProductions Where are you located (on Buffalo hunt? not far away from the Krugerpark? your tracker looks not like a South African native (Buffalo Hunt)!
@@franzschmid9079 The tracker is a South African yes, one of them is from Zimbabwe, if I remember correctly.
I'm based near Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape, but travel worldwide.
@@AfricanSunProductions I have been last year in Port Elizabeth for hunting. We travelled with my family from Cape Town via Garden Route to PE. I was living in the 80th in South Africa - Jo' burg.
@@franzschmid9079 It's beautiful country around here, don't you agree? What did you hunt?
Whenever you return, let me know and maybe we can meet up.
Wow! Did you get new camera gear? The video quality is awesome!
Great stuff as usual! Bravo!👍💪📸
Nope, still the same gear! Maybe RUclips did different encoding on it. I've seen before that the quality isn't as sharp as the actual video. Maybe now it is.
Thanks for watching!
@@AfricanSunProductions it must be, because the video quality is excellent.
@@geneg5870 Thanks, I'm glad you like it, I'll make sure to follow the same procedure on my next video also. Thank you also for your support, much appreciated.
@@AfricanSunProductions absolutely!
Agreed, the quality is amazing.
Martin, is this another reload? It seems I've seen this one before but the drone footage is awesome.
Hi John. No, fresh upload this time, except for the buffalo. I uploaded the Buffalo as a separate video a few weeks ago, the group couldn't wait any longer. Around the weekend I'll upload Part 2, and that one is 100% new.
I honored that someone remembers my videos like you do, thanks!!!
@@AfricanSunProductions Thanks, I watch them all and for some reason was up in the middle of the night when this one came out. It seemed like the beginning footage was new but I'd seen that buffalo hunt before. I'll go back now and watch the rest. You're the best!
@@johnpomazi9587 I've added a few clips to the Buffalo also, but not much. There are a few more animals after the buffalo, and worth the watch. Part 2 will be out soon, with a big Roan Antelope hunt on it.
Enjoy!
👍
Thanks for watching. I new video is about to launch, one hour...
Martin the footage is some of the best quality you shown so far! Looks like it was a fun hunt. Good job Chris!
Thank you sir, I appreciate it! Whenever bookings are running smooth again, I'll upgrade to a new camera, THEN you'll see some quality!
Please try to hunt alligators/crocodiles ,Leopards and Lions also 🙏
Hi Ashim. Clients are a bit scarce during Covid, but will try and get those hunts! Thanks for watching!
Are muzzle breaks frowned upon in SA? I know they are unpleasant if you aren't plugging your ears! Thanks!
Many guides don't like them, cameraman sure don't 🤣. They do have a purpose though.
🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝👍👍👍👍👍
Спасибо за просмотр!
I live in Africa and hunt but it would great to hunt with you
Where in Africa do you live?
Joburg
Do you upload regularly or once in a month
I try to upload more than once a month, but it depends on my schedule. If I'm out filming I might miss a month. There is no set schedule.
During pandemi covig 19, can ingo to souyh affrica for hunting?
Yes, South Africa is open for travel and for hunting. Just come with a Negative Covid 19 test result. No problems at all.
@@AfricanSunProductions please email us for detail
@@yossisurya7714 Best will be to contact any of the outfitters on my videos. Their contact info is on the description of each video.
You can organize with the one you like, and when the hunt is set up, I can come to film it.
Thanks for the interest!

@@AfricanSunProductions i can’t Find phone number in your video
WHAT WAS CALIBER OF RIFLE ABD GARIN OF BULLET ALSO MENTION FOR NEW HUNTERS
Hi Kamran. He was using a .416 Rigby and a .300 Winchester Magnum, as explained in the beginning of the movie.
I hope this helps!
I've owned Brangus cows from the Florida Panhandle that were many times wilder and more dangerous than these pets.
Interesting. You should tame down your cattle.
pls which song is this from 34:17
This is called "Two Face (World Version)".
Thanks for watching!
@@AfricanSunProductions when i hear that sound i laugh and say this is african sun ,i love a lot that sound it indicate your video
@@saddamsalum919 Great stuff Saddam! I'm very happy you enjoy my movies, and I'm grateful for your support.
So do you hunt for food/Meat or are you just killing them for sport?
Hi Kasey. We eat some of each animal hunted, the rest all goes to local communities or butchers. Nothing at all goes to waste, even the stomach lining is cooked into a stew.
Why order a gun from London you won’t shoot? Is he a billionaire where $ is no object?
Hi Jared. I'm sure the owner will shoot it eventually. These weapons are great investments also. One of the better ways to spend your money.
Thanks for watching!
The owner of that Rigby has been in the hospital for several weeks and had to postpone his hunt. If he recovers sufficiently, he will go back next summer to hunt buffalo. He is one of the most generous men I have ever known.
@@chrischimits6313 And also he knows that you are a good man and will treat his rifle with the respect it deserves.
I can do better
Better hunting, better video, better what? Either way, thanks for watching!!!
