    OPERANT -this is so helpful as I am learning about positive reinforcement and pet training ,but since I’m also an energy worker and understand how the nervous system works your examples make it very clear how stress and aversive methodology can prevent learning.

    negative reinforcement eg belly ache removed by medicationn can lead to eating medication easily
    massage to remove back tension, removal of endogenous pain building relationship
    ps, operant (tooth abscess changed my emotions at dentist and suddenly saw connection)

    OPERANT:
    A very clear summary of reinforcement and punishment and the "quadrant". I've always argued that you can't take away an aversive stimulus without first adding it, so I was very happy to see that you agree. Thank you.
