- This is bilateral stimulation music with an added binaural beat that fades in and out. The binaural beat is a 2Hz delta wave. This 3 hour session is ethereal, calming, and slow paced. It features echoing leads, calm synths, gentle orchestra and reverb-heavy piano. The bilateral beat is bass-heavy, slow, and mixed with the sound of a heartbeat. This video goes to dark-screen after about ten minutes.
Bilateral stimulation is used for anxiety, PTSD, restlessness, and other stress related ailments. Depending on the session, use bilateral stimulation to enter a state of deep relaxation, drift off into a deep sleep, meditate, or motivate. During the video you'll hear a beat that goes between the left and right ear. This is to stimulate the brain and communication between hemispheres.

I never allow ads in the middle of a video. I want you to be able to fully immerse yourself in a session without unnecessary distractions. However, there are ads at the beginning and end. I sometimes try to leave a bit of space at the end so the ads aren't too surprising.

Maybe it's your right ear that's got the Xtra sensitivity _ our ears wire to different sides of the brain and we perceive differently from the different sides_
I have processing issue_ no one spoke to me when I was young_ hardly said words to me _ so hearing voices that have real authenticity _ I'm very sensitive to REAL voices _ like WOW is that a real voice!
