Thank you for explaining about this kind of Disease. My Husband passed away Dec.21,2023 He died in the hospice and the cause of his death is Metabolic Encephalopathy. I don’t understand why his doctors didn’t find out this earlier to fix this kind of disease. He was diagnosed with dementia Year 2020 or 2021 I notice his very confused and agitated sometimes.it get worsened when he was at the Nursing Facility. He had a bad fall his right forehead was swelling had a black eye and a broken rib in his right side. This is not the first time it happened to him, he had another Fall again from different Nursing Home the same right forehead had a 5 Stitches. My Husband was a Navy Veteran. His not deserve this kind of negligence And to Everybody.😢 He had a bad experience every time he was at the Nursing Home Facility.
I'm 45 and have encephalopathy in my brain due to TBI from childhood brain surgeries having brain tumors, hydrocephalus, and being born with Neurofibromatosis. What are your thoughts? My neurologist is not recommending anything at all. I'm having to do all the research myself.
