Murad Sari is a French-Algerian boxer, best known for being the first non-Thai boxer to become champion of the Lumpini Boxing Stadium.
He started practicing Muay Thai at the age of 17 years and 10 months with coach Bruno Benlabed at the Tip Team training camp..
Mourad learned about his first professional fight at 14.00 in the afternoon, and in the evening of the same day he won his first victory on points.
He had his first fight in the Thai ring in 1994, winning by knockout. Earlier, Mourad had already met with representatives of Thailand, but this was his first fight on its territory. It is noteworthy that, unlike many other European fighters, Mourad never spent too long training in Thai camps, but this did not prevent him from winning the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium belt.
The maximum time he spent training in Thailand was spent at the Pinsinchai camp in Bangkok, where he spent about a month..
Mourad managed to win confident victories, including knockout victories over many of the brightest fighters of his time. Some fights in which he failed to win were so spectacular that they were quoted by the Thai public no less highly than some victories..

Définitivement parmi les plus grandes légendes du Muay Thaï. Le seul Français et l’un des rares combattants à avoir battu Buakaw mais ils ont déclarés match nul... la fin de carrière ça paye moins les promoteurs...
Lol il a fait que de la daube contre buakaw il a eu beaucoup de combats truqués Samy Khebchi lui payait des ceintures.
@@descendancedenoefilsdadam1028 On en parle des thaïlandais payés ? Et les usurpateurs comme Lidon, Benzaken etc...? Morad c’était un dur y’a rien à dire.
@@danyporto8765 je connais bien skarbowsky et nikiema et tout le monde sait que Mourad n’était pas fort et que pour ce combat ils ont arrosé d’ailleurs après ce combat la ceinture de lumpinee qu’aurait pu avoir nikiema a été annulée. Être le beau frère de kebchi ça servait bien à cette époque.
@@descendancedenoefilsdadam1028 . Sans doute. Mais tu a bien vu la raclée que Morad a mis à Nikiema non ? Ce dernier a bien vu qu’il était pas fort de très près effectivement....
