So the difference between the 1st example of the house with equity being paid off by "someone" and the 2nd house with no equity being paid off by the "bank" was just how they were paid off?

Can you PLEASE go into detail on you made 10k a month in 4yrs ?? I thought when house hacking (owner occupant loan) you had to live in the home for at least 12 months
