There are many comedians who've spent their lives as performers doing one act(and eventually expanding on it a bit). The other part to that is this is TV and they have limited time so they go with their best material. TV isn't the place to try new bits to see if they work or to show off something you're not quite as good at either. This is why if you see a standup doing 5 minutes on late night it's 99% going to be something you've heard them do before multiple times. I'm sure if you go see these guys live their act isn't 5 minutes long and only this exact bit.

Fun fact, I met these guys on the Royal Mile when I was doing a show at the Fringe in 2013, and the guy with red hair has the hairiest ears you've ever seen.
I see that they have took a lot of their material from the Umbilical Brothers. Directly I don't know and it doesn't matter if they did. However I actually think its good since the Umbilical Brothers haven't done much lately so its good to see this silly slap stick mime routine.
