I recently read We were Liars by E.Lockhart.
and I ABSOLUTELY didn't expect the ending!
I've never found a book with a twist so good!
s u m m a r y : This book follows Cadence Sinclair, the eldest grandchild of
the wealthy, privileged, appears-to-be-perfect, Sinclair Family.
Every summer the Sinclair family gathers in their private family island,
Beechwood Island.
There, Cadence and the three other 'Liars'- cousins Johnny and Mirren, and a family-like-friend Gat grew up.
However, everything stops feeling normal after summer fifteen.
Cadence now suffers memory loss and can't recall what exactly happened
the summer her accident occurred. She must figure it out and so she
returns to the island, determined.
