Hi. May I asked you about that issues. My boy friend is also an Indian guy,he wants to come over here in hong Kong. So last night he tries to applied for his tourist visa(evisa) but it's shows rejected. What can he do or can he reapply again,how long to get a response? Thank you and God bless

Hi,
I have some doubts regarding the PAR and would appreciate it if you could help me with this. I am a UAE resident and have planned my holidays to Macau then Hongkong in December with my mom. In the form, there's a part G where they've asked " Have you ever been refused a visa application by HkSAR or any other Country Territory?" In March I'd applied E Visa for Armenia and it got rejected due my silly mistake (incorrect passport photo size). So does that mean I should mark Yes ? Also, can I fill the PAR form on behalf of my mom from UAE or will she have to do it from India ?
Please advise.

Youn fill out the form on the behalf of your mother. It is simple and straightforward but ensure that you have all the details handy because this form expires very soon while filling details and you have to redo the whole process of re-submitting the form again. Secondly, if my any visa is rejected unless it is from US UK Canada, Schengen I would not specify visa rejection in the form. Since, you live and work in Dubai that doesn’t not pose any challenge. I travelled from Chennai--Delhi--Hong Kong by IndiGo on August 13th. My PAR was unsuccessful and hence I applied for E visa. My 10 year child got PAR. Although, Indigo staff was not clear about evisa, he confirmed with his senior staff and then gave me the boarding pass.

I hv travelled with E visa ( par was rejected) and got boarding pass. But a co- passenger with PAR was denied entry who was standing just behind me for immigration at hong kong airport, though he had travel history. Kolkata, punjab, kashmir, chennai are restricted for PAR I think.

What is the reality of eVOA if passport validity remaining 3 month for thailand trip with return ticket and all hitel bookings

the passport validity must be 6 months both in the case of Thailand or Hong Kong. Even, if you travel with 3 months of validity it is upto the immigration officer to allow entry or not.
