All of the songs on the album are absolute masterpieces. I can not stop playing this album. You find alot bands are afraid to switch up their music but not the Editors, that's what I love the most about them. I will always continue to buy their music.
My song of 2022. No other track had me feeling so larger than life, confident, and eager to dance like a fool. The most metal and sinister they’ve ever sounded, yet somehow also the most fun. Criminally underrated industrial dance tune and personally I think its a marvel of production.

I really didn't know what to make of EBM on the first few listens, the production being so dense and chaotic and such, but this is probably one of the best songs they've ever made.
My first introduction to you guys was the song 'Smokers Outside the Hospital Doors' and after that, I dived down into the Editors discography with absolute joy. 'Picturesque' is yet another simply fantastic track, amongst so many others.
Oh so many great memories from this tour! Saw them in Milan (and Genoa earlier this year) and it was definitely one of the best gigs I've been to recently ❤
I'm soooo jealous of you in the nicest way. I can only think that the best way to see them would be to see them in a beautiful place. I can't think of anywhere more picturesque ha ha than Rome.
Im not sure about the real meaning of the lyrics but i love it! This song its been the only nice thing in my life lately. Ive stopped looking for the right path. I’m currently working myself to death with my two jobs, Im full of anger, my pills are my only support and I find it picturesque.
This is probably the closest song to their older stuff we've had in years. It wouldn't be out of place on their first two albums and there's a bit of Bricks And Mortar in there aswell. Good stuff.
Had not yet listened to the new album before I went to see them last friday at Werchter (shame on me, I know) so I didn't know Picturesque yet but this one really blew me away! Amazing energy live, went looking for the song immediately after the show

I have loved Editors , a replacement for Joy Division for me, but this album is a huge disappointment for me - their worse to date - dearly hope they go back to their roots
