In the case of the words zhe li, na li and na3 li, if one was to follow the previous pattern it would seem like you could substitute zhe, na and na3 with zhei li, nei li and nei3 li. However this is not the case, dui bu dui?
You can say zhei4 li, nei4 li and nei3 li, but they are not used so much. zhei4 ge, nei4 ge, nei3 ge and zhei4 xie1, nei4 xie1, nei3 xie1 are used very often when people speak.
