I am on the second hand market looking for a suv to tow my boat. She is around 2.2T with gears. Pajero Sport looks like can fits the bill as it is really good value and tow well. I have inspected 5 Pajero Sport. All are a few years old(2018+) . All of them have some rust on the subframe. The most noticeable is the front point and the C section above it. I was wondering if your ride has a similar issue. Is this a common issue? Thanks.
No our one doesn’t have that problem, i’m very anal with cleaning underneath it once it’s been on the beach, I have a pressure washer I put under it and ours only has 30,000klm on it too. Mate keep looking you’ll find one that’s been better washed inside/outside and underneath.

On the right hand side of the steering there is a button for the parking sonar. Push it and it turns off the reverse alarm.

Hey Paul, yeah we were a bit shocked too. Tank is 65l and boat weighs 1.8t however it is quite big so acts as a wind sail.

When reversing, turn you parking sensors off.
