(Stats that just about every F1 content creator refuses to acknowledge) Promote Ricciardo, insert Lawson at RB until end of the season. Then make 2025 decision on how the rest of the 2024 season goes. # cue the Ricciardo haters
Agreed. I’ve seen arguments that they won’t ditch Perez because “he’s too popular.” I think people are forgetting Daniel is one of, if not THE most popular drivers, especially to casuals and non-F1 fans.

Honda fast tracked Tsunoda's route to F1 but they had no hands in Tsunoda being signed for 2024 or 2025 for that matter. That was all on him. Hate on him all you like but the truth is that Tsunoda has proven he deserves a seat in F1.
I would love to see Yuki get a seat at Ted Bull beside Max but i don't see it happening. Horner doesn't loke him for that seat. I hope a seat at either Aston Martin, Audi, or Alpine if they get bought, or Haas if Toyota buys part of the team will open up for Yuki in 2026. With regulation changes the field can move positions and Yuki could show what he can do at a different team.
Yuki deserves the seat. he is no more explosive on the radio than max. they never tell max he is losing a tenth every time he has an outburst. double standards and it sort of seems like a bias against Japanese drivers from RB. Yuki has become a great drive and complete package imo.

The only reason Perez seemed more comfortable at the start was because the competition wasn't there, Perez is simply a midtable driver and that's where he will finish. Redbull just don't have young drivers coming through like they had in the past,
