İşveren Markamızı ortaya koyma hedefiyle yola çıktığımız “İşveren Markası Projemiz” kapsamında gerçekleştirilen çalışan anketleri ve odak grup görüşmelerinin yanı sıra, proje danışmanımız ve proje ekibimiz ile 240 gün süren uzun çalışmalarımız ve Tepe Yönetimimizin destekleriyle ortaya çıkan İşveren Markamızla değişimi başlatmanın heyecanını yaşıyoruz. 2021 yılında başlayan ve çalışmalarımıza hız kesmeden devam ettiğimiz İşveren Markası projemize katkı sağlayan tüm çalışma arkadaşlarımıza sonsuz teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz. We are excited to initiate the change with our Employer Brand, which we created with the support of our Top Management, as a result of our 240-day work with our project consultant and project team, following the employee surveys and focus group meetings realized within the scope of our "Employer Brand Project", which we launched with the aim of revealing our Employer Brand. We would like to thank to all our colleagues who contributed to our Employer Brand project, which we launched in 2021 and on which we continue to work without slowing down.
