Lusikisiki massacre: authorities pursuing arrests

Eastern Cape police have taken someone in for questioning in the murder of 18 family members but have yet to make arrests. Speaking to #Newzroom405's Ntsiki Nohiya, Minister in the Presidency for Women, Youth, and Persons with Disabilities Sindisiwe Chikunga says the case should be handled carefully. She adds they're covering all necessary angles before making any arrests.
