The world is full of so many mean and negative people looking to bring positive people down for no reason. You two seem like legitimately good people! As difficult as it is, try to just ignore the people that are going out of their way to try and make your day worse. I think it is awesome you are donating the profits you make to a Hawaiian Charity and were able to turn that negative experience into a positive one. Kill em with kindness!

I don’t normally comment on videos, but I felt I needed to on this one. I am a med student. When I am bogged down in studying and consumed by negativity I always pull up one of y’all’s videos to lift my spirits. Y’all are such a light and full of pure joy. Typically when people are mean... it is because of an insecurity within them. You two just keep on shining!

You guys are the best. I know a lot of negative comments at one time can hurt but they almost always don't have any truth to them. The person commenting is most often coming from a place of hurt in their own life and are jealous that you guys are so positive. Never let it bring you down and keep doing your thing. Also don't feel pressure to upload all the time. Taking breaks for your mental health is great. Do what's best for you two. ❤

i really needed to hear matt's talk at the end. ive been really struggling with my mental health, i recently got discharged from the hospital after being admitted for mental health. mental illness's are currently kicking my a$$. its so difficult to ignore negativity sometimes but i just want you both to know youve helped me when i thought life wasnt worth living. youve been there through each day bringing a smile to my face. stay positive and ignore the hate. i love you guys so much thank you for everything you do! keep your head up both of you❤️

Oh my gosh, I have Misphonia as well and the same thing sets me off, I've had melt downs. What helps me is putting in ear buds with music plying just softly enough to where I can have conversations, but not hear chewing.
When people leave mean comments for you, it actually says more about them than it does about you. Don't take it to heart.

Great question! I am no expert but 15 is a great age to start learning but focusing on quality form. It might be a good idea to meet with a personal trainer or sports coach who can show you the correct form for workouts.
However, I will say that you can't beat perfect form push-ups and pull-ups.
