in the 1.20 update if you have a elytra or chestplate in your inventory you can right click and swap it without having to open your inventory so you should keep your chestplate/elytra in your hotbar so you can switch faster

not to make light of the loss of your world, but falling out of your mega end base into the void fighting the wither is a pretty cool way to lose a hardcore world
this is why i choose to play survival on hard mode instead. Basicly just hardcore excepet u dont loose real life DAYS of fun, grinding and work if you die ONCE. of course that is the main reason people play it. for the challenge. For the extra. But once you die you regret everything.

If I was you I’d make a survival world and see how far that goes because when you die it wont end it and if you do get bored of it you’d have a new world to be made and when you’re bored of that you can just go back to it. record it or not.

I can’t even imagine how painful this is, the closest I’ve gotten to this is a hardcore world that I only lasted 3hrs on, and that was painful enough
