Aw thanks for the sweet comment, Bill! There are SO many ways to do that ending part, I wasn't really sure what to go with.. So I'm glad to hear you liked it! :D
It's my favorite as well! One of the first I ever saw live, and I would sing every song as a child until every word was memorized :D I'm glad you love it, too!
It was, absolutely! I'm sure that you will see it one day! ^__^ Hopefully it will tour near you sometime, or you can get over to Broadway in the future!
Lol!! Aw thank you so much! c: If only I could figure out how to properly use it to its full potential.. 😅 (letting it sit properly instead of swinging it around would probably be a good start lol)
What I like a lot about this version is how smooth it sounds. Most of the versions have very very stong sopranos, and I get it - that's the point in the play. Christine is supposed to have a magical, bird like soprano opera voice. And while it's very pretty and impresive, I am not such a big fan of these versions because it actually hurts me to think of singing something like that! (I know it probably doesnt hurt for the singers, but I cant help it lol). Your version is smooth and so beautiful, still maintaining that bird-like quality of the original, but in a much more serene way. I love it. btw, you are gorgeous
@@CatKelley I'm taking professional singing lessons for classic since sum time... Do u have any tips to hit clearer high tones? You sound so beautiful and clear uwu
@@fylyartworkscosplays Oh, that's great! Singing lessons are such a fulfilling hobby :) As for tips... This may seem strange, but I honestly think it's all in the mind. If you believe you can hit the high notes, you will. Warm up by doing sirens much higher than the "high" note you actually have to sing, so that it seems low later. When you sing the note, dip your knees. Literally use your hand and point to the ground. Envision yourself moving DOWN towards the note, instead of reaching UP for it. This always helps me ^^
Thanks to staying up all night working on stuff, I was actually able to catch this so quickly for once. Glad I did, since I likely won't get another opportunity to today with work and classes and all, and I'd have missed your birthday. So... Happy Birthday! Hope you have a wonderful one! Amazing as always, although I don't think you'd agree... 3:31. But truly, it was better than fine. Almost stood and applauded at the end. And my apologies, but I almost laughed at 2:17. Damned earbuds aren't always the best of buds.
Sorry this is so late but THANK YOU for your thoughtful comment!! ✨💕 Lol you are right--I honestly wasn't too happy with it but it was getting late and I didn't wanna keep bothering the neighbors so I just left it xD Those earbuds that stick fully into your ear just do not agree with me, they always fall out! I couldn't find my regular cat-ear headphones at the time so I had to make do~ But thanks again, hope your work and classes are going well!! :3
Haha, no worries at all, we all know that life often has a tendency to consume time. It means so much that you even read the comments, honestly :) And I will continue to say that this was an amazing performance. So I suppose it's just that "amazing" isn't your best :P Also, yes on the earbuds. I'm very particular about them, because some just don't sit still. Eagerly awaiting your next song, and all the best!
I have a pretty average voice right now, but I’m wondering if taking vocal lessons can improve it, and hopefully I could be able to sing this song successfully. Anyone have input?
Ay, your notes are great! Very precise and clear! I feel like you could make them sound even greater with more training. Still, it lacked some vibrato. Very great nonetheless! Your vocalizing is not screeching at all! Buuut, ah well, I'm a vibrato lover.
Lol thank you! I could definitely add more vibrato if desired (training wouldn't be a factor with that aspect), but I think the amount of vibrato one uses is really just up to personal taste. I sometimes like to add less on certain songs for stylistic reasons. I add a lot more for pieces that are more traditionally classical. Everyone has their own opinions about vibrato, though, and I appreciate your feedback!
idk why but when you sing like this it is very soothing
Hahah aww I'm glad! 😊
So Amazing and also male part is pretty good!! Thank you for cover

I love phantom of the opera 🐉🐲🐉🐲😍😍😍😍
Me tooooo!! It was my first favorite musical and will always hold a special place in my heart 💖
Very angelic voice, gud work - few of the gud cover on this song
Excellent..
Sounds almost like an Evanescence version 😍
Beutyful
Head and shoulders above Jackie Evancho. I was looking for a good cover and came across hers first, so trust me when I say that this is much better.
Wow, that's such a nice compliment!! Jackie has a lovely voice so this just made my day haha ^^ Thank you so much!!
Hey! Looks great! Could I know what Sort of brand if micro are you using? I have a blue Yeti and it's just impossible to record high notes. Thanks!!
Sure, it's a Rode-NT USB mic! :) Thank you!
@@CatKelley Thanks so much! :)
My goodness. How do you even prepare for that ending? =)
Hahaha, uhhh, lots of warm ups I guess! I'd recommend some sirens for high notes ;D

Omg.. you should audition!!!
You remind me a lot of Sarah Brightman. Literally flawless.
😍😍😍😍😍
Omg can you teach me how you managed to hit that high note? I have a competition for this song next week :/
I'm really really with your vocals :) Also happy birthday! Get some better equipment when you can
Thank you!! Eek I should have asked for that for my birthday, huh... 😅
You have a beautiful beautiful voice
Ahh thank you, that truly means so much to me!!
Dang girl you’ve got quite the range
🥰🥰🥰🥰
I think you did Raoul's part just fine :)
Yessss

Can you do Melody of Pandora from God of War 3?
