Fijiana Drua are a breath of fresh air to rugby...so exciting and entertaining you gou gotta love it...exceptional athletes at keep ing the ball alive....wow...Vinaka girls, much love.
their first year in the comp and already dominating what the heck ,well done ladies !!!! the mens team will take sometime but the ladies have exceeded and over exceeded all expectations wow !!!!
Well done girls, if you remember a couple of years ago, the Drua mens team, first year at NRC Championship, they dominated the season same as what the girls are doing now. Guess what, they were both coached by the same locally talented and overlooked Seruvakula...I think FRU need to do some soul searching, why they ignored him, good on him now he has the last laugh, and the result speaks for itself.
@@2010gq exactly...should've just let seruvakula coach the drua , the mentality with the fru is always the same ....international team = need to find international coach , when really we should be exposing our local coaches as well so that we don't have to rely on overseas assets
FD beating A team that’s been undefeated long before 90% of the Fijiana side had even played any professional rugby, speaks volume and they’ll only get better. The woman’s rugby competition from home will be a great to watch & hopefully get the Fijiana sides more international games.
These showed that development between the girls rugby in Fiji are really well ahead of other clubs in the Pacific..and don't forget they had got the best local coach who made the Fijian Drua Mens team where they are today...I believe if he was given a chance to coach these bunch of great talents among this Fijian Drua Mens Team they could had done wonders and great thing in the comp now...
Nice game played by both teams.Hope they will play again in the finals.Notabaly I like the commentator of this game of his humour and intriguing manner of describing scenarios figuratively. Cheers.
Well played Fijiana Drua, on to the finals where they might meet the Tahs again. I rofled when the commentator mentioned the Tahs winger number 11 having COVID. 🤣
I hope Seruvakula will coach the womens national team now. They could be a top 5 team one day. It’s a shame they’re in the pool of death for the womens World Cup.
@@teatualasi5676 England and France are miles ahead of everyone else right now. They’re so much fitter and faster than all the other teams and France have a lot of structure to their play. Fiji will struggle to deal with the mauls and they’ve got both England and France in their pool.
He technically is the women's coach so the ladies are in good hands despite people thinking of the Drua women as the defacto national team itself in disguise
@@jameslanyon8768 after that Olympics 7s, the Fijiana team knew they are capable of creating upsets. Now the number of females interested to play rugby has increased tremendously and I do hope that they find exposure outside of Fiji and maybe represent other countries in the future like how the men are doing.

These two commentators should be REPLACED. Typical little to no rugby analysis mindset, biased comments to teams with bigger following i.e waratahs, brumbies, reds and complete lack of skill with commentator speech which is play by play description. In the Fijiana drua vs Force game, he compared a rolling maul to a HUMAN CENTIPEDE (on live tv) and now its 'all go like donkey kong'. WHAT IS THIS? BUSHWEEK LITTLE LEAGUE catastrophe. On the other hand, the female counterpart keeps attributing all their (Fijiana) success to them being an international standard side. WAYOA? more than 80% of the team are local. There are more girls in the waratahs side that have played so called international standard to form their own wallaroos squad. More than anything this seems as an attempt to lessen the efforts of the Fijiana weekly and try to make sense in their small minded rugby brains that a newly formed team can easily come a WIPE THE FLOOR with what was considered Australia's Premier Women's Rugby team. 4yrs in a row of domination huh?. (drop) 2 cents in. *WAYOA - What are you on about?

The ladies certainly look more disciplined than the Drua men's, very well done 💯
Because most of them are well educated and they listen. The guy’s needs to learn like their experience is just useless.
Seruvakula is doing a great job.
Congratulations to the Fijiana Drua!!!

Outstanding..awesome game girls
Fijiana is 🔥 🥵
The commentators were all praise for the referee but did anybody else notice the Waratahs lineouts. 95% of their lineouts were not straight.
The line out wasn’t contested by Fiji hence the reason they kept winning lineouts.
Almost all the Tahs lineouts were not straight. Even if there's no contest, the ball must always travel straight down the channel.
Whether they're contested or not, a crooked throw should be a free kick to the other team.
95% of womans rugby line outs arent straight. But still love watching it.
Get use to it....not every thing in the world is rose and sunshine
Congratulations Fijiana Drua.

Awesome running rugby
Drua 11 reminds of Caucau
Shes from Bua that explains it
Caucau actually spent some of his childhood days in her village, Nadivakarua, Kubulau in Bua
Some men are in that fijian team.
Hahahaha Melanesian women are very tough also. You’ll even notice how the Fijiana team would be smashing every team they meet on tackles
