Amex have changed the design of card and removed Platinum in name branding. It's just Amex Travel card now.

I can't comment on Diners Club Privilege because I have DCB. If you live in a metro city then all places accept DCB. I live in Bengaluru and so far (have the card since 2018) I have not come across any place (restaurants, shops, pharmacies, hospitals) which has declined my DCB.

Hi, I once had 18 credit cards. Now I am slowly reducing the number and have reached 14 active cards. I mainly use 6-7 cards. I avoid cash transactions and do all my transactions via credit cards. No notice yet. But I think I will get one this year as I have spend 2 times my yearly income. But I have justification for paying international education fees via my cards. it is recommended that your spending should be less than your annual income. If you spend more you can get a notice asking for additional sources of income. :) I hope this helps.

It's not widely accepted as Visarjan or MasterCard or Rupay but isn't as bad as AMEX.
It's rare case where diners club isn't accepted
Diners is not preferred and many of high ticket purchases are getting rejected.
