No stereotype intended! :-D Yes, I do have a couple of Canadian friends, including a Francophone (French speaker), who is actually trilingual - French, English and Ukrainian - he jokes that by thinking in three languages, he doesn't get ANY of them right! ;-) One of my friends lives near Ottawa and the other is in suburban Montréal, and they are friends with each other as well.
