If you saw in the video, the tire only gave way when it either had no choice but to put the entire weight of the car on the nails, or when someone stabbed the tire with deliberate force to get the GoPro. Let me just say that knowing that a tire can go over a Coca Cola and nails when the entire weight of the car doesn't go over them just shows that tires are more durable than a lot of us think.
Glass is actually pretty strong, its just extremely brittle. In compression glass is up to 2.5x stronger than steel, but smack it with a hammer and it breaks. The yield strenght of glass is anywhere between 0.05 and 40x that of steel, depending on the quality of the glass. Thats why its often used as a budget option instead of carbon fibre. a cylinder is also a very strong shape, thats why submarines and airplanes are tube shaped.

Since most of the car have Nitrogen filled inside the Tyre and the amount of Oxygen is less than 21 percent so the amount of Oxygen won't be enough for your Lungs which your Blood cells can't reach to your Brains. Your lungs need 21 percent of oxygen with small amount of Nitric oxides in it for Properly function to your Internal system. By inhaling Pure Oxygen ie 100 percent also leads you to the death. As 100 oxygen is very very heavy which injured your lungs too.

There isn't that much air pressure in the tyre otherwise it would have gone kaboom instead of the nails just piercing through the tyre cleanly
